Yin Yoga

Yin is a meditative style of yoga in which the yogi will hold a pose for approximately three to five minutes.  This type of yoga lengthens connective tissue, increases circulation, and improves flexibility to name a few.

Breathwork

Sound Healing Bath

Sound bath healing uses vibrations to relax and heal the mind, body and spirit.  The frequencies of singing bowls, and gongs promote a meditative state that allows the body to rebalance and release.  Other benefits include lowering stress, anxiety, enhanced mindfulness and better sleep.

Breathwork will help you to feel more grounded, relaxed and help to clear your mind.  You have the power to control your stress and it is simply by learning how to breathe.
